Uploader Notes: SNAKEBITE formed in Broxburn(West Lothian, Scotland) in 1979. They went through various line ups before their ultimate demise in 1984. Although they released only 7" single, like so many other acts of the time, they also managed to preserve some other interesting archive material releasing two demo tapes in 1981 and 1982. Gary and John Boag were (are) cousins, Irvine and Hawthorne were replaced by Grahame Robertson (lead guitar) and Nick Greives (vocals). This second line up is the band who recorded the single "Blow You Away / Thin Ice" in 1983.
In 1982 they hit the pages of Kerrang! (issue #12) with this 4 songs demo tape(the second one),
it is curious to note how the writer sets as the founding year 1981(actually it was 1979):
