A rip from the japanese press [FEMS #SP25-5274] of the masterpiece release "Chasing the Storm" of the UK speed metal band TRÖJAN. A bonus with this release are the included lyrics sheet who doesn't came with the original press. It's not the offical lyrics, but outtakes made by the record label (I guess), some words are missing but pretty much are complete. I scanned them for you to enjoy! There is also a bunch of stuff written in Japanese on the other side of the sheet (just jidder jadder to me) but if anyone have interest to translate it, please do! I would be very grateful :).

I recently heard som sad rumors at Tröjan's Facebook Page that their former bassist Brian "Benny" Bentham had passed away, if this information are correct.. rest in peace and may the gods of heavy metal be with you!

A lossless and 320kbs rip from the 1st press vinyl of "Killing the World" on Majord Records. After the release of Tröjan's masterpiece "Chasing the Storm" vocalist Graeme Wyatt and guitarist Pete Wadeson formed Taliön together with bassist Phil Gavin and Jonny Lee Jackson on drums.

According to Metal archives a demo was also recorded the same year, if someone have a rip of it or any material from Lethal or Pete Wadedson's solo project please get in touch!, also looking for all kind of video and live material from Tröjan/Taliön!.

Hell fuck yes! some damn great french speed metal from an obscure band called "Kröm Thunder", how I love those metal döts, bands using them always seems to turn out to be badass!. Anyway the album was released on cassette only and contains 11 blasting tracks of pure traiditional speed metal in the vein of Vulcain, Motörhead and Tank. Although the album was released in 1995 the band have actually celabrated over 25 years of existence (they were formed in 1983) and you can by far hear that this band still have the 80's running in their veins, no modern 90's production sound here. Hail Kröm Thunder and a very big thank to METALFRANC who ripped and shared this obscure jewel exclusively for the blog, you rule mate!.
