I have just found bad rips of this album on the net so I now bring you a high-quality rip from the original 1st press vinyl released on Killerwatt Records in 1986. If you want even higher quality head over to Retrospect Records and buy the CD-reissue, with that you also get 5 bonus tracks not included on the vinyl, you can't resist that right?!

To be known is that "Split the Atom" are the top 10 of my favorite albums of all time!. It got everything I am looking for in an good release, high pitched vocals, speedy/catchy riffs, great artwork (so you don't have to hide it in the shelf) and no wimpy/fucking around! DeathMask delivers and they do it with pure solid perfection!

As you might have seen in my earlier posts, DeathMask are active again and have recorded a new album (it's totally finished) just waiting to get a record deal and a label to release it.
